E1 Tolerance calibration weights are of the highest standard in accordance with OIML specification. 
 
Typically used as ultra-precision calibration standards for scientific balances and can even be used as a National Standard. 
 
They are highly polished stainless steel and should be handled carefully wearing soft, non abrasive gloves and stored in excellent atmospheric, temperature controlled conditions.
